Feel overwhelmed? World seeming to be too much right now? Deciding it's time to make a change is often hard. Having someone to guide you through it makes it easier. I'm a clinical psychologist who has specialities in women's health issues, neurodiversity, and trauma.
My focus
I help women through all stages of life while dealing with the unique feelings our bodies create. I assist with infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause by normalizing what others don't talk about. I'm also well-versed in complex trauma and neurodiversity and the unique challenges living with these conditions may pose.

I help you overcome barriers by highlighting strengths, building new skills, and encouraging self-trust. I introduce the mind-body connection so you understand your feelings. Using ACT, Relational, and attachment-focused techniques, I help you see where problems start and give you skills to overcome them.
