My communication style

I've been told that I'm very kind-hearted, empathetic, and hold people accountable for their own consequences. I'm very passionate about helping others, and I'm here for you regardless of the situation and how you identify.

My journey to mental healthcare

After nearly 10 years in the military, with several deployments, I have seen the impact the call to service has had on others, including their families. I enjoy working with others to find/meet their potential and tackle adversities that may be in their path.

Based on their own realistic and individual goals that are aligned with their morals and beliefs. We all have to start somewhere.

Our first session

Our time together is precious in the sense that we're there working on you. I'll gather as much pertinent information to best identify what the presenting problem is and how we can address it together by establishing boundaries and goals together.
