I’m so happy that you are here. I am a licensed clinical social worker who strives to support clients in their own journey of understanding who they are and how to navigate their own lives. I make sure that the client is the expert in their life and is the one in charge of managing their own decisions with their mental health.
My focus
I primarily work with folks who have a substance use disorder or who were previously incarcerated. I also specialize in working with folks who have underlying anxiety and depression disorders and work with setting goals for themselves. I am also experienced in providing support to others who are needing to explore their self confidence.
My approach
I am a firm believer of the client taking charge of their own goals while I support them making decisions to achieve those goals. I have different modalities of therapy I use in order to make a specific treatment plan that is different from client to client. Some that I can use are CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and more!
