Hi there, I'm Alan!

Alan Liebert Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist License No. LMFT 107210. I have been working as a therapist for 10 years. I currently am a clinical supervisor to therapists. My approach is employing compassion, coupled with multiple modalities, to help facilitate my client's ability to reach their goals and have a more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy uses Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Behavioral Activation, Client-Centered Therapy, Complicated Grief Therapy (CGT)Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Humanistic, and Solutions-Focused.

Historically my practice has evolved around clients with depression, anxiety, age-related, and relationship issues.
