Hi there, I'm Riah!

As a therapist, I use various techniques to help people reconnect their mind-body balance, promote authentic completeness, and gain comfort in being at peace with self. I am certified as a Brain-spotting practitioner and highly trained in EMDR and other trauma-recovery modalities. I use CBT, DBT, Solution - Focused, Psychodynamic therapy, Client-Centered, and Systemic approaches in a contextual framework with emphasis on improving the existing dynamics of relationships with individuals, families, and work settings. For15+years, I have partnered with public and governmental agencies, which helped me develop a unique way of meeting people where they are, getting to the heart of the matter with compassion in the resolution of individual and relational difficulties. I am passionate about seeing people heal and unlock their potential for happiness to live a full and beautiful life.
