As a therapist, I use various techniques to help people reconnect their mind-body balance, promote authentic completeness, and gain comfort in being at peace with themselves. I am passionate about seeing people heal and unlock their potential for happiness to live a full and beautiful life.
My focus
I work with individuals, couples, and adolescents ages 13-17. I have expertise in treating a wide range of issues, including addiction, anxiety, bipolar disorder, codependency, depression, trauma, grief, eating disorders, life transitions, and relationship difficulties.
My approach
I utilize CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Psychodynamic, Client-Centered, and Systemic approaches in a contextual framework. I emphasize improving relationship dynamics with individuals, families, and work settings. As a certified Brain-spotting practitioner, I am also trained in EMDR and trauma-recovery techniques.
