Hi there, I'm Jarrett!

Starting therapy can feel like a big step. I congratulate you on starting your journey, and I'm here to make it meaningful and rewarding. I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, alcohol and drug concerns, adjustment, relationship issues, and spiritual concerns. I welcome you to reach out whenever you feel ready.

My focus

I find that clients who benefit most are those motivated to reach their goals, willing to gain insight into their dynamics, and willing to trust the process. With that said, I'm happy to work with clients at varying levels of motivation and insight and to help all clients find the healing they are searching for.

My approach

I use an eclectic model integrating cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based perspectives. Through CBT, you'll identify and reshape negative thought patterns. With ACT, you'll learn to relate to your internal experiences with self-compassion and move toward your values.
