I feel honored when clients trust me and share their struggles and goals. We work as a team, and motivated clients do well—but skeptical clients are enjoyable too, as they realize change is possible. I have extensive experience with depression, anxiety, anger management, marital issues, chemical dependency, gambling, trauma, and personality issues.

I work with teens and young adults, meeting each person where they are. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space and compassionate listening. Together, we focus on what's working and explore challenges, unpacking thoughts and emotions tied to self-worth. I help you develop self-understanding, self-compassion, and make empowered choices about behaviors.

We work as a team, and I remind you that you're the expert in your own life. I use Solution Focused, CBT, DBT, and Narrative therapy, with extensive trauma and attachment experience. I spend time getting to know you and your goals, putting you at ease in a nonjudgmental space where we make decisions together.
