I am passionate about helping women manage stress, recognize and let go of what is not serving, heal from past wounds, improve their relationships, and feel a sense of self-acceptance.

I spend the first visits getting to know you and to listen to your story. My approach is based in collaboration and supporting personal growth and empowerment while being grounded in evidence-based therapies which include Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, solution-focused, and somatic-based practices.
