My journey to mental healthcare

As a child, I realized I wasn't alone in my eagerness to feel truly seen, understood, and protected. This shared human desire drew me to psychology, with a particular interest in working with children and families. I value authenticity, adaptability, and community.

My goals for you

Clients can expect to increase their ability to understand and express emotions, use effective coping tools, improve self-esteem, and process stressful experiences. I collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to support therapeutic strategies at home.

Our first session

Our first session will focus on learning about your child's history and presenting concerns. We'll discuss your overall treatment goals and spend time learning what interests your child and how to integrate these interests into treatment.
