I provide counseling to people of all backgrounds, supporting youth and adults who need help with anxiety, trauma, depression, anger, and self-esteem. I create a space where you can feel heard and valued.
My focus
I am hoping to work with children and adolescents ranging from ages 10-17 years old who are experiencing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, and trauma. I have a niche for working with kiddos. However, at times I will work with adults in which my focus is on improving emotional well-being, problem-solving, and understanding trauma behaviors.
My approach
My approach is compassionate, flexible, and realistic. I draw on client-centered therapy, behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy to foster a supportive and inclusive environment where every client feels heard and valued.
