My ideal client is highly motivated to change, even if that motivation is no more than an intense desire not to be in pain. I will help you identify and intervene in the core issues that continue to produce pain, but this requires a courageous person. We will work collaboratively to establish goals that will produce your desired outcome.

My approach

I don't believe in band-aids, but skeleton keys. Symptom relief methods produce temporary change and relapse. Until you reach the core of what's motivating your behavior and thinking, symptoms will reemerge or change form. I help you reach that core, creating a skeleton key to unlock all problematic behaviors and narratives.
