Hi there, I'm Sarah!

I work with adults in the LGBTQI2S+ community and specialize in recovery from trauma and addiction using dialectical, solution-focused, and somatic therapy.

My focus

I support the LGBTQI2S+ communities with an understanding that this is a broad and diverse array of people. I specialize in addiction and substance dependence, which I see most commonly having developed as a trauma response. I help clients examine their relationship with substance use in a non-judgmental way.

My approach

I base my therapeutic approach on your individual needs, and most often find dialectical behavior therapy and mindfulness-based approaches to be helpful.
