I am trained in various evidence-based models of treatment and utilize an integrative therapeutic approach to optimize the needs of the clients that I serve.

I typically work well with young adults and older teens who are willing to explore and make changes in their life. I am able to easily build rapport with this population which makes the therapeutic relationship strong and change possible.
My approach
My approach varies from client to client. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Relational Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
