Hi there, I'm Esau!

When you come to my I office you will experience a safe environment where you will feel safe and welcomed. I will listen to your story, at your convenience, and without judgment because I am there to help you. I use several types of therapies, for example, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, Narrative Therapy, Client/Person-Centered Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Play Therapy, Existential Therapy, which can cover a wide area of problems from behavioral issues to trauma, domestic violence, and sexual assault. I will meet with you across the week, early morning or in the evenings, and Saturdays are possible. Our initial meeting will be to conduct an assessment where we will discuss, in detail, how your problem is affecting you. We will then move on to identifying the goals you want to meet in therapy and then work on a treatment plan afterwards. We then move on to ongoing weekly sessions to meet the goals we have decided. We collaborate throughout the whole process and you can stop whenever you want whether you feel you are ready to or not, it is up to you.
