Welcome! I'm a Licensed clinical social worker and PMH-C with over 10 years of experience. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD , grief, chronic illness and Postpartum mood disorders.

My focus

I specialize in trauma, anxiety and grief as well as perinatal mental health, including postpartum depression and mood disorders, fertility challenges and loss. I utilize EMDR, ACT and mindfulness in a trauma- informed integrative and supportive approach.

I believe meaningful work can only take place in a compassionate, non- judgmental space where you feel safe and understood. I incorporate a warm and direct approach to help you achieve your therapeutic goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I believe we can re-write our narrative and grow from adversity when we have the right support. I have a degree in behavioral science as well as M.A in Clinical social work and through the years expended my knowledge with trainings in EMDR, Trauma-informed care, ACT, Mindfulness, and Perinatal mental health.

Our first session will be an intake - I will ask some questions about your childhood, present life style and what brings you to therapy. You may have some questions for me as well as we get to know each other and build a foundation for meaningful work.
