I feel most at home working with children and have extensive experience supporting kids from hard places, including those impacted by trauma. I am fully trained in TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention), which guides my work in building connection, trust, and healing.

Our first session, we will discuss your goals for therapy and what you hope to accomplish. We will also review expectations, therapeutic process, and limits of confidentiality. It allows me to get to know you, understand what brought you to therapy, and begin developing a thoughtful, individualized plan to support your goals moving forward.
