For those in demanding professions - including first responders - I understand that the impact of trauma, responsibility, and the constant alertness can shape how stress shows up in your body and your mind. I offer support in unpacking these experiences and developing strategies that honor your work and the person outside of that work.

I believe we already hold strength and possibility within ourselves, and sometimes we need support in uncovering it and a place to do that!
