I create space for you to feel fully seen, heard, and valued without pressure or judgment. As our relationship deepens, I gently help you uncover patterns and barriers that may be holding you back.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a mental health provider has been shaped by professional and personal experiences. I grew up in a community deeply impacted by trauma, and my experiences as a woman of color and a member of the LGBTQI+ community have given me a profound understanding of the strength it takes to heal and grow.

My goals for you

I help clients achieve their goals by first building a strong, authentic relationship rooted in trust, openness, and mutual respect. Through honest communication and deep listening, we work together to create a foundation where real growth can happen. I incorporate skill-building tools tailored to your unique needs and pace.

Our first session

In our first session, my primary focus is to create a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings. I approach this time with curiosity and respect, mostly listening and asking thoughtful questions to better understand who you are and what brought you here.
