I'm a people person who believes relationships build trust. I'd like to get to know you so I can understand what approach fits your needs. Different approaches work for different folks since one size doesn't fit all. We can explore feelings holding you back, patterns not working well, or how to move past unexpected events.

My focus

I work with adults navigating life transitions like becoming new parents, relationship challenges, relocations, divorce, retirement, or loss of a partner. I have extensive experience with childhood trauma, child abuse, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, and Personality Disorders. I also support adults with co-occurring mental health and addiction issues.

My approach

I use a psychodynamic approach to help you identify dysfunctional intergenerational patterns and understand their impact on your thoughts and beliefs. I also offer cognitive behavioral therapy to build understanding of how thoughts impact beliefs and decisions. If you're focused on overcoming a setback, I can provide solution-focused support.
