I tailor sessions to meet your unique needs. As a psychodynamic therapist, I focus on the roots of emotional suffering, typically connected to childhood experiences. I help you self-reflect and examine problematic communication and relationship patterns developed over time.

Helping others has always brought me joy. I was raised to be kind, empathetic, and see the humanity in all people, which has helped me develop a genuine interest in hearing people's stories and finding ways to help them.

Our first session

The first session will consist of a brief introduction and gathering basic information about any previous therapy, family and personal history, and the reason you're seeking therapy. We will review your current symptoms and identify your biggest challenges and greatest areas for growth.
