I work with children and adults who have survived trauma and experienced mood disorders. I've guided individuals through crises and provided mental health support for those facing sexual orientation stigma within the LGBTQ+ community. My experience centers on creating compassionate spaces for healing.

I work with mood disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQ+ identity issues, support for non-binary and trans individuals, relationship issues, and family conflict.

I use CBT, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and crisis counseling to help you process difficult experiences and build coping skills. We work together as a team, combining evidence-based techniques with a supportive approach that empowers you to make the changes you want in your life.
