I’m a bilingual Swedish-speaking LCSW. I will meet you with a deep, compassionate presence, provide a safe place to explore your inner landscape, and assist you in identifying needs and what might trigger difficult emotions. Unprocessed emotions often manifest in mental and physical suffering.
My focus
I provide compassionate evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals and couples with mild to moderate symptoms resulting from anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, survivors of suicide loss, end-of-life, and challenging life transitions. Life consists of ongoing waves of transitions.

My integrative approach provides empathy, support, and encouragement in an honest, nonjudgmental manner that fosters growth and empowerment. Depending on your needs, I draw from mindfulness, compassion-based, strength-based, motivational interviewing, and evidence-based modalities.
