I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in a collaborative, strengths-based approach. I support clients in identifying their goals, developing practical skills, and creating positive, empowering change in their lives.

If you’re facing intense anxiety, persistent self-doubt, grief, or the emotional weight of major life transitions, you don't have to navigate it alone. I provide specialized support for young adults and adults in transition.

I utilize a person-centered approach that draws from motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and both attachment and systemic perspectives. I also integrate appropriate humor to help create a safe, genuine, and human therapeutic experience.

My communication style is open and direct. I use consistent validation of my client’s experiences. I value transparent communication and take a straightforward approach to support insight, clarity, and effective progress.

I’ve always been a people person, driven by a deep curiosity about individuals, their families, and their life experiences. Our first session will serve as a meet-and-greet, giving us an opportunity to get to know one another and explore what brings you to therapy. Building trust is an essential part of the therapeutic process, and we will move at a pace that feels comfortable and safe for you.
