My journey to mental healthcare

I started my journey to become an LMFT by working with children with special needs and their families. I felt like I had found my calling when I saw how working with my clients' needs changed their family dynamics. I became interested in psychology after reading books that had a deep emphasis on behaviors of others in college.

Throughout our work, we’ll check in regularly to track progress, celebrate your wins, and adjust our plan as you grow, ensuring you feel supported and equipped with a personalized toolkit for change.

I believe in the power of psychoeducation to help parents manage behaviors and help individuals understand their own emotional regulation.
