I am an LCSW in the state of California who provides trauma-focused, anti-oppression therapy. In my practice, we name and explore how systemic inequalities affect your everyday life, helping you shift away from self-blame and toward true empowerment.

I love working with people who are curious about their own minds and open to discovering new ways of coping and growing. I am a good fit for anyone who feels a tug toward change, even if that change feels a little intimidating right now.

My approach

I view therapy as two humans sitting in a room together, working things out as a team. You are the expert on your own life. My job is to walk alongside you. I don't believe in rigid clinical walls. I bring my genuine self to every session.
