Hello, I am Greg Ragle, LMFT. I believe in positive psychology and focus on what is going well for the client. What are the exception moments for the client. What is working we do more of, what is not working is where more solutions will come forward in the work together.
My approach
Together we can identify protective factors and strengths to build upon. We can use myth, personal narrative, mindfulness, and somatic exercises to address mind, body, and soul. You may be nervous seeking therapy, but you deserve a guide in your healing journey. Let’s work together to walk the path.
My focus
My practice has evolved to working with teen issues, men's issues, building/maintaining relationships, and anxiety/depression symptoms. I have the philosophy it all comes back to relationships (inner and other).
My communication style
You can expect strength in working with defiance, communication skills, healthy relationship building, and self-awareness skills. We work as a team to build a new narrative.
My journey to mental healthcare
As a former county social worker, I find meeting a client where they are and understanding their view on their situation is valuable. We build communication skills and confidence as we build/maintain relationships. Guiding clients in the process of finding those they relate to while also maintaining healthy boundaries.
My goals for you
Goals are what the client wants to achieve and supporting those goals for healthy change. Providing a client the guidance and support to form goals for healthy change in their lives.
My first session with you
You are given a safe space to discuss what you may be going through. Are you struggling with anxiety, being authentic, feeling overwhelmed, or having relationship issues? Are you in a transitional period in life?
