My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to therapy because people around me often said I was a great listener and gave meaningful advice, so it felt like a natural fit. What truly drives me in this work is witnessing that "lightbulb moment" when a client realizes why certain patterns have shaped their life. I believe that awareness is the first step to change.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting by collaborating with clients to define what they want to accomplish in therapy. We start by building trust and getting comfortable with the therapeutic process. As our work together unfolds, we’ll set meaningful goals and track your progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure they align with your needs and growth.
