My communication style is compassionate, explorative, and down-to-earth. I create a space where you feel safe to be yourself—where humor, honesty, and curiosity are always welcome. I'm an engaged listener and an active participant, offering gentle reflections, thoughtful questions, and support that meets you where you are.

My journey to mental healthcare

My passion for mindfulness, mental well-being, and meaningful connection inspired my transition into psychology. I've worked in acute care, residential treatment with youth, and as a primary therapist supporting adolescents in identity formation and emotion regulation. I look forward to bringing my experience to private practice.

My goals for you

I help clients clarify their goals by exploring what truly matters and identifying obstacles. Together, we break goals into manageable steps and regularly check in on progress, adjusting as needed. I offer structure, insight, and encouragement throughout, always tailoring the pace and approach to fit your unique needs and strengths.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll get to know one another and begin building trust. I'll invite you to share what brought you to therapy, what you're hoping to work on, and any relevant history. This is also a space for you to ask questions, get a sense of my style, and explore what a supportive relationship can look like.
