My communication style

Therapy with me is both reflective and active. I offer a supportive, intentional space where we can use traditional talk therapy or incorporate music and art to aid expression. For a nontraditional setting, I also offer walk-and-talk sessions along the beach. My style is collaborative, helping you build practical tools for lasting change.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path began as a teenager; drawn to my positive energy, others sought my support, sparking a lifelong calling. By college, I had entered social work to provide a space where high achievers could shed the pressure of perfection. I am dedicated to helping you navigate transitions and expectations with grace, clarity, and a renewed sense of self.

My goals for you

My goal is for you to feel empowered to navigate life’s transitions without the weight of perfectionism. Together, we’ll work toward building a sense of clarity and confidence, allowing you to manage high expectations while staying grounded. Ultimately, I want you to feel seen, understood, and equipped with the tools to live authentically.

Our first session

Our first session is a low-pressure space for us to get to know each other. I’ll lead the way by asking questions about your family history and current challenges, helping us identify clear goals for our work together. You don’t need to have anything prepared; my goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
