I provide a safe, supportive space for individuals and families to explore life's challenges, heal from trauma, and build on their strengths. My passion is helping people feel seen, empowered, and confident in their ability to grow.
My focus
I have worked in diverse settings out in the community as well as within school settings, working with BIPOC, low socioeconomic, and first-generation clients and their families. Whether you have experienced complex emotions, life transitions, traumas, stressors, or any challenges the world throws at us, unexpectedly.
My approach
I strive to create a space where you are free from judgment, a place where you put down the persona we present out in the world, where your true self can be seen and heard. I believe there is not a one-size-fits-all approach, and you are the expert in your life. Therefore, we will design your treatment as a team that is tailored to your strengths.
