My focus
I work with adults and teens navigating trauma, anxiety, self-worth, relationships, and major life transitions. I support clients struggling with depression, PTSD, attachment, dating, family conflict, boundaries, and self-esteem by helping them understand unhealthy patterns, build self-trust, and create healthier relationships.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and based on what works for you. I draw from CBT, DBT, Emotion-Focused, and Solution-Focused therapies to help you create meaningful change. I don’t believe therapy is one-size-fits-all, so we’ll find what works best for you.
