My goals for you

My primary goal is to guide clients mindfully and intuitively to a deeper understanding of their interior landscape so they can build and maintain healthy relationships and ultimately enhance their overall physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Our first session

It will be a requisite intake, lots of questions, some of which don’t seem to apply, but are all part of a comprehensive psychological intake. After that, we get to the good stuff.
