I'm especially passionate about helping clients struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma.

My approach

Everything is connected, including your body and mind. Negative thoughts lead to negative feelings and unhealthy behavior. I believe all people can heal and grow, especially with a healthy therapeutic relationship. I understand the courage it takes to reach out for help, and I'm committed to walking with you on your journey.

My journey to mental healthcare

Growing up, I was fascinated by the differences in human behavior. I struggled with depressive and anxious symptoms that led to severe panic attacks. Reaching out for help from a therapist helped me understand the importance of mental health. I no longer experience those symptoms and have dedicated my life to helping others.

I help clients set SMART goals that are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound.

I'll take the lead and go through relevant mental health topics to set the stage for productive dialogue. I'll ask questions to elicit deeper contemplation into who you are and what you're passionate about, especially regarding your therapeutic goals.
