I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist #131158, have been in the Mental health field for 14 years in different capacities, but practicing therapy for 8 years. I care deeply about your relationship with yourself, others, and identifying safe people to maximize your quality of life. Trauma happened to you, but it isn't who you are.

My focus

I am most passionate about helping people recover from trauma. Incest, Ritualistic Abuse, Childhood sexual abuse, Survivors of Narcissistic abuse, and management of Personality disorders, social skills, or even recovering from infidelity. With saying that I love to work with couples and help them find each other again, deepening their friendship.

My approach

I am a teaching personality type, which is to say, I look at things with a trauma-informed lens but very person-centered. I am not going to work harder than you are and will go as slow as you are comfortable with. TF-CBT, DBT, Jungian, Systemic, ISF, EFT, Somatic, Positive psychology, Narrative, and Exposure CBT
