I’m an LPCC in CA with two areas of focus: using EMDR for trauma to help process the past, and supporting young adults, college students/graduates who feel stuck or uncertain about their direction, in gaining clarity and moving forward with their next steps.
My focus
I work with college students and recent graduates who feel uncertain about their direction and want clarity in their next steps. I also use EMDR with adults of all ages to help process trauma so it no longer feels as present or gets in the way of moving forward.
My approach
My approach is collaborative, empathetic, and supportive. I help clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves, including their patterns, values, and experiences, so they can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
