I take a grounded, compassionate approach to therapy, helping people untangle patterns of stress, anxiety, and past experiences that shape their lives. I focus on building self-awareness, resilience, and a deeper sense of personal freedom. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, meaningful, and transformative.

I work best with young adults navigating trauma, including sexual abuse, domestic violence, and PTSD, as well as those dealing with life transitions, self-esteem, relationship challenges, anxiety, and everyday stressors. I approach our work together with compassion and sensitivity.

My approach is flexible and tailored to each client. I draw from Mindfulness-Based CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care to navigate challenges, build resilience, and deepen self-awareness.
