I have worked with youth, adults, couples, groups, and families in county, nonprofit, Native, private, and juvenile detention settings. A journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. Having small specific goals can be a start toward finding more fulfillment and joy in your life. I hope to be of help.
My focus
I'm seeing adults and couples at this time, but I do love working with children and teens and may revisit that again. I see people with all kinds of stressors, such as relationship conflict, occupational issues, grief, depression, and anxiety.
