I work with adults, and older adults, creating a space where you can explore challenges and build on your strengths. My goal is to partner with you in finding solutions that honor your unique experiences and personal needs.

My clients include military members and families, IT, entertainment, medical professionals, LGBTQ+ individuals, marginalized populations, and those navigating culture, diversity, inclusion, women's issues, communication, sex positivity, and polyamory. I work with anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, life transitions, and adjustment concerns.

My approach is solution-focused, client-centered, and tailored to meet your individual needs. I draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), attachment-based, cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing, structural, and narrative therapy to support your growth and well-being.
