I am experienced in working with both individuals and couples and utilize a variety of approaches depending on your needs. As a therapist, I specialize in working with individuals facing issues related to adjustment, anxiety, depression, trauma, communication, relationships, and identity.

I utilize an eclectic approach that is comprised of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gottman Method, Humanistic/Client-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness Training.

In therapy with me, you will find a safe, comfortable, supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can discuss the difficulties you're experiencing and the uncomfortable feelings you're having. I am down-to-earth and very interactive in therapy.
