Hi there, I'm Maria!

I am a first-generation daughter of Guatemalan and Mexican parents. I help adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or impacted by past experiences that still show up in daily life. My work is warm, supportive, and focused on helping you feel more grounded, clear, and connected to yourself.

My focus

I work with adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break. Many of my clients struggle with self-doubt, overthinking, relationship stress, or the lasting impact of childhood or family experiences. I also support people exploring identity, self-worth, and wanting to feel more at ease and connected to themselves.

My approach

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and collaborative. I help you understand how early experiences, family dynamics, and life stress may still be shaping how you think, feel, and respond today. We move at your pace, focusing on understanding and shifting patterns that keep you stuck, while building emotional safety and lasting change.
