I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Registered Art Therapist. My focus areas of practice are Anxiety, ADHD, emotional overwhelm, self-doubt, people-pleasing, life transitions, identity exploration, relationship concerns, boundary-setting, perfectionism, and stress.
