I believe each of us holds the answers to healing within us. My role is to guide and support you toward that realization. I work with children, adolescents, and caregivers facing trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, crisis, and educational challenges. I empower youth and families to grow in courage, strength, and knowledge.

I work with children and families in crisis, transitions, and those accessing educational supports. My non-judgmental trauma-informed approach enables youth and caregivers to join the therapeutic relationship and progress toward healing. I focus on trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, educational challenges, and family crisis.
My approach
Working in partnership, we'll identify and clarify goals to create a clear plan. I use various therapeutic interventions—talk, art, role play, music, writing, games—to create a safe environment for active engagement. When life becomes overwhelming, you don't have to journey alone. Together, we can achieve healing, hope, and empowerment.
