My journey to mental healthcare

I began my journey in mental healthcare driven by a deep desire to support children and families through life's challenges. I have since focused my practice on bereavement care, particularly for parents who have lost a child—a loss I recognize as one of the most difficult experiences a person can face.

My goals for you

My goal is to provide a healing space for you to openly express your thoughts and emotions surrounding your loss. Together, we will process your grief, develop coping strategies, and find ways to adjust to life after loss while still honoring your child's memory. I aim to help you build resilience and find renewed meaning and purpose.

We will begin to develop a trusting therapeutic relationship. I will seek to understand your unique grief experience, the nature of your loss, and how it has impacted your life. We will discuss your goals for therapy and create a plan to support you. You can expect me to listen intently, offer reflections, and ask questions.
