Hi there, I'm Dominique!

Everyone deserves to have their story heard and responded to with empathy, compassion, and care. Imagine the comfort of being wrapped in your warmest blanket with a soothing beverage on a really cold or rainy day. While every session may not feel that way, I strive to create a warm, safe environment as we begin the therapy journey.

My focus

Most of my career has focused on helping college-age people navigate developmental life changes. I also specialize in helping women of color address the identity-based challenges they face in their personal and professional relationships.

My approach

I use an integrative trauma-informed approach that focuses on meeting the unique needs of each individual client. My home base is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but I integrate other modalities such as psychodynamic, narrative, and cultural-relational as needed to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.
