My journey into therapy began with a desire to guide and support others' self-discovery. My years in practice have taught me how everyone's answers and lessons reside within them, awaiting guidance to access our intrinsic wisdom.

My goals for you

Goal setting is an ongoing process throughout our time in therapy. I always ensure we're focusing on what's most important to you and adjusting as necessary. Together, we cultivate a space to acknowledge and reflect on how relational patterns present in the therapy space, as a way to build up skills that directly apply to your daily life.

Our first session begins with prioritizing taking the time to build a solid foundation of what brings you to therapy in this moment, addressing any hopes and concerns you have, and taking the time to understand each other. We’ll move at your pace, one step at a time, and collaborate along the way.
