My focus
I work with individuals and couples experiencing substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, relationship issues, parenting challenges, infertility, and postpartum depression. Together, we'll build skills, improve your lifestyle, and decrease suffering while helping you feel better about yourself.

My training and skills are in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness-based therapy, which include various skills to improve your mental well-being.
