I am passionate about decreasing the stigma of receiving mental health. I will ask you what are some goals you would like to work on. This is usually done as a conversation. Questions are encouraged throughout the session.

My journey to mental healthcare

I believe I was always meant to be a therapist. As a child, I enjoyed listening to people tell their stories. As a professional, I strive to help people live better lives and achieve their potential.

I approach goal setting as a collaborative process. I ask the client what they would like to address in therapy. I allow clients to dictate what they would like to work on.

Our first session

We will discuss the reason they are coming in for therapy, gather data, obtain information regarding office policies, and inquire about what goals they want to set.
