My journey to mental healthcare

I had a challenging childhood that sparked my passion for psychology at a young age. I observed people, journaled theories, and worked in roles that involved therapeutic dynamics. My experiences and observations help me relate to the pain my clients experience.

My goals for you

Goal setting involves deciding what needs to change now to reduce symptoms. I ask clients to name the top three issues in their lives that are most stressful, and we start with the issue that has been active the longest.
