My approach
I take a practical, compassionate approach that blends Somatic and Nervous System Techniques, CBT, ACT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Polyvagal theory. Together, we go beyond talk therapy... understanding stress patterns and working with the nervous system to regulate emotions, reduce overwhelm, and support deeper, lasting change.
